Just a few ideas
« on: January 18, 2013, 05:30:35 am »
As the title says, these are only a few ideas of mine that may help the economy/server. Well, here they are:

1. Make prices of armour go up, or make the starter cash go down. - Dragon is too easy to get, and a lot of people may abuse this and sell to others claiming it's 'rare', so they are basically scamming.

2. Have a skill shop at home. I found it really difficult to find the skill shop, which I have now found it to be in catherby. Move one of the shops there to home, as there are 2 in the fishing shop.

3. Make it harder to train skills. People will be maxed out too soon, which may ruin the fun, and/or ruin server.

4. Make the 'level up' shop harder. I have only just joined the server, and have nearly got a gs already. This is bad as it again ruins the server and economy.

I will add more later. Thanks for reading. Please note: These are only SUGGESTIONS! They may not happen in game, so you don't need to hate. :P

1. We are already in the process of making a detailed database for all armours and weapons prices which will be put into place soon

2. That's plausible, i will message shadow for when he comes back, just a simple co-ordinate change should suffice.

3. mhmm try doing dungeoneering or fishing or pking and then say it is easy

4. I agree with to an extent but it is not 1 level 1 point as you may think, i think the ratio is more to 2 levels 1 point! If you spend your points unwisely then you will regret it BUT i do think godsword and claw prices should be higher.

okay, well I've got 2 more suggestions, then im out of ideas. Here they are:

1. Make a 'Buy 50' or 'Buy 500' option, and a 'sell 50' or 'sell 500' option. Otherwise selling takes to long.

2. Make a thing for prayer where you auto bones on altar, instead of clicking repeatedly

thanks for feedback btw :)

Meatspin, you'll find the ratio is 1:1 BUT with one giant exception. The ratio is only 1 to 1 when the level up appears in your chat bar saying, "congratz on Level _  in _!" This means that fast leveling skills like firemaking will give very little level points compared to something like range, herblore or agility that give fast exp but in small controlled amounts making the Level congratz pop up rapidly but more often than firemaking. If that makes much sense :P
